How does collection or drop offs work?
Our free collection service is only applicable to those who live within our six mile radius of Croydon, South London. If you live outside our catchment area you'll need to pay a delivery fee of £15, this covers collection and drop off. Customers that live further can use our postal service, or courier service simply fill in our bookings form or get in touch with us at management@staycleandaily.co.uk.
How do I arrange our London/M25 courier service?
You can now arrange a collection from anywhere in London or the M25. All you need is a printer for us to send you a shipping label and a parcel box for you to package your shoes in. Simply book in as usual on the checkout select I would like a £15 courier. Once you have checked out we will arrange a courier collection time which will either be between 9:00AM-3:00PM Or 12:00PM-18:00PM. Please note the THESE COLLECTIONS ARE WITHIN A 2 HOOUR TIME SLOT.
How do I package the parcel courier?
Simply place your sneakers and no other contents. Then print out the label we have emailed to you and attach it to the parcel box and make sure the box is sealed tight.
ALL CUSTOMERS MUST SEND US IMAGES OF ITEMS PACKAGED CORRECTLY BEFORE WE SEND YOUR LABEL.
MISSED COLLECTIONS WILL BE CHARGED AT A STRICT £30 MISSED COLLECTION FEE.
How much do we charge for a clean?
We charge £45 a pair this includes upper sole, shoe trees, midsole, laces cleaned, innersole cleaning, scuff removal and more. We charge an additional £5 for suede materials as this requires specialist attention and care. In addition, here at staycleandaily, we also offer extra protection shoe wrapping where we cover the shoes and seal them in shrink wrap to give them a brand new look and keep them protected.
What is your turn around time ?
Our service turn around time is 4-7 working days from the date of collection. Our express service costs £60 for next day drop off.
Courier and postal services times vary on delivery times, You would receive your sneaker's 2 Days after completion, thus the total time frame being 7 days from when you initially send us your sneakers.
Where are you based?
We are currently based Croydon, south London. To schedule a drop off or collection simply select the book online tab and choose from our three different packages or scroll to the bottom of the page and contact us via the contact box.
alternatively we offer a collection service where we can collect from your home free of charge within a 7 miles radius of Croydon, orders placed outside of the area radius will incur a delivery charge according to the distance.
Do you have drop off locations and how do they work?
Our drop off locations are Shopwithtk a sneaker re selling store in Streatham with over 150 pairs of the latest sneakers and Thefeelgoodfactory a premium private gym in Bromley.
Simply select the drop them off yourself service and choose your clean, once your shoes are ready we will notify you and you can arrange a time to collect them with our team.
