TERMS OF USE

The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and staycleandaily LDN regarding the use of your website and services. Please update these guidelines according to your specific policies.

Introduction

Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms.

Here at staycleandaily we ensure to  make it our up most priority to make sure that sneakers are cleaned  to the highest level of standard as possible. All sneakers/handbags are cleaned at the consumers own risk, we will not take responsibility and will not be subjected to liability for any footwear/handbags that has been previously damaged before given to us, thus Staycleandaily do not issue payments for damaged handbag/footwear or fixtures for services previously rendered.

 

Staycleandaily will only issue refunds for the price of the service rendered if the consumer is unsatisfied with the level of standard provided by Staycleandaily. 

Staycleandaily does not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, however upon customer request Sneaker Cleaning & Handbag Sanctuary can try to remove the stain – this will be done at the customer’s own risk and we will not be liable for any damages.

 

Staycleandaily will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that our cleaning service maintains a high quality of service. However, we shall not assume any responsibility for colour loss, colour fade, colour transfer, discolouration or shrinkage (out of shape which is unpredictable) and stiffening of shoe skins and skins becoming brittle, or the forming of wrinkles during the drying process, and any other unforeseen occurrence, in the course of the process – the utmost care will be given to each individual item. Staycleandaily has any concern with regards to the colorfastness, or the age and/or weakness of the item, we will contact you to obtain your approval before proceeding to care for the item.

 

If we are unable to obtain your authorisation in a timely manner, we may then return the item without cleaning it together with a full refund.

 

Staycleandaily liability with respect to any item damage – if proven to be damaged due to our negligence – shall not exceed six (6) times our premium cleaning charges or fees for the item regardless of brand or condition.  If you are not happy with the quality of service provided, you have 48 hours from return to contact our team at management@staycleandaily.co.uk

Staycleandaily liability with respect to any item being lost - if proven to be lost due to our negligence staycleandaily will only pay up to 65% of the original retail price of the items, the payout can take up to 90 days depending on the value of the item.

 

Inspection of all items should be done upon collection. Any dissatisfaction with the item should be reported immediately to our Cleaning Consultant at the counter during the point of collection, failure to do so constitutes a waive of any claim to dissatisfaction or damage of the item.

 

Staycleandaily shall not assume responsibility for any personal property left with us including (cash, jewellery, etc.). We request that our customers check for any personal belongings prior to sending items to us as we will not be held responsible for any lost personal belongings.

Staycleandaily have the right to charge any customer a holding fee of £2 per day if any sneakers are not collected within 5 working days of completion. Staycleandaily will also, dispose of any sneakers or products left with us for longer than 3 months. 

 

Staycleandaily reserves the right to refuse services to any customer and/or process any item at its discretion.

Staycleandaily may at any time revise the Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice.

 

Prohibited Conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights.

Courier Services

 

1. Limitation of Liability

Our company shall not be responsible for the actions, omissions, or errors of any third-party courier services linked to or provided through our platform. We do not assume any liability for the loss, damage, delay, or nondelivery of items that occur during the course of handling, transportation, or delivery by the courier services. This limitation of liability applies to all services provided or facilitated by our company, including but not limited to package delivery, mail forwarding, and any other related services.

 

2. Third-Party Services

Our company may facilitate the use of third-party courier services as a convenience for our customers. However, we do not control or operate these courier services, and therefore, we cannot be held accountable for their performance, actions, or conduct. Any issues, disputes, or claims related to the courier services should be directed to the respective courier service provider.

 

3. Exclusions of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, lose of items, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages arising from the use of courier services linked to or provided through our company. This exclusion of liability extends to any and all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

 

4. Insurance and Compensation

It is the responsibility of the customer to procure adequate insurance coverage for the items being sent through courier services. Our company does not provide any insurance coverage for shipments, and we do not guarantee any compensation for loss, damage, or delay of items under any circumstances. Customers are encouraged to inquire about insurance options directly with the courier service provider.

 

5. Claims and Disputes

Any claims, disputes, or grievances related to the courier services, including but not limited to loss, damage, delay, or nondelivery of items, should be addressed directly with the respective courier service provider. Our company will not mediate or be involved in the resolution of such claims or disputes. By using courier services linked to or provided through our company, you agree to hold us harmless from any such claims, disputes, or grievances.

ALL CUSTOMERS MUST SEND US IMAGES OF ITEMS PACKAGED CORRECTLY BEFORE WE SEND YOUR LABEL.

MISSED COLLECTIONS WILL BE CHARGED AT A STRICT £30 MISSED COLLECTION FEE.

Termination

staycleandaily LDN reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.

Payments

All payments not booked via our online booking system must be paid on arrival, we are not able to exchange any items over without payment made on arrival. Thus, please ensure either cash, a credit card or an online payment system is present at the time to make payment. Anyone that leaves sneakers with us after 5 working days of them being cleaned will be subjected to our holding fee which will be £2 per day which they are held and will have to pay this charge to release the shoes.

Refunds

All refunds must be issued within 30 days of purchase, If you fail to get your shoes collected in the time frame, you will not be eligable for a refund and will need to keep the booking in exchange for a new clean.
